Product Name Primer/Probe-Premix-Compatible Hot-Start Taq DNA Polymerase System
Catalog No. IEC-HMM-0092
Description A flexible hot-start Taq polymerase system with strong 3′ mismatch recognition, high-specificity antibody blocking and optional dUTP/UDG carryover control.
Intended Use Hot-start PCR/qPCR; gene-expression analysis; multiplex pathogen detection; tumor-target testing.
Principle / Technology A directionally selected Taq enzyme is tightly blocked by dual-species antibodies at 55°C. Separate enzyme and buffer formats allow adjustment of enzyme, Mg²⁺ and nucleotide concentrations, while thermolabile UDG and uracil-containing nucleotides support carryover control.
Detection Method PCR or fluorescent qPCR, depending on assay design.
Sample Type DNA or cDNA templates used in singleplex and multiplex amplification assays.
Performance Range / Specifications 200 or 500 reactions; primer/probe premixes remained stable after 28 days at 37°C and 50 freeze–thaw cycles in the reported accelerated evaluation.
Specificity Strong 3′-end mismatch recognition and tight hot-start blocking reduce nonspecific amplification.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Formulate the reaction using the separated enzyme and buffer components. Adjust enzyme, Mg²⁺ and nucleotide concentrations as required, and include thermolabile UDG/dUTP when carryover control is needed.
Components / Formulation Hot-start Taq DNA polymerase and reaction buffer supplied separately, plus thermolabile UDG, dUTP and dTTP components.
Storage Conditions Store at −30 to −15°C.
Package Specifications 200 reactions; 500 reactions.
Product Form Modular hot-start Taq DNA polymerase system.
Quality Control Primer/probe premix stability, amplification linearity, sensitivity and carryover-control performance are evaluated.
Key Features Stable full primer/probe premixing; strong mismatch recognition; flexible enzyme/buffer adjustment; thermolabile UDG option; multiplex compatibility.
Shipping Conditions Ship at or below 0°C.
Compatibility Suitable for hot-start PCR and qPCR systems requiring custom enzyme, Mg²⁺ or dNTP concentrations.
