Product Name High Affinity Porcine RNase Inhibitor, Ultra-Low Residual (40 U/uL)
Catalog No. IVDRM-0583
Description A recombinant porcine RNase inhibitor expressed and purified from E. coli, this 40 U/uL preparation binds RNase A, RNase B and RNase C non-covalently to form an inactive complex and is compatible with reverse transcriptases and DNA polymerases. It is effective against both RNA and total RNA inputs, and 8 U per reaction effectively inhibits 50 ng of RNase A. The ultra-low residual process keeps host genomic DNA below 0.1 copies per 100 U with no exonuclease, nickase or RNase residue, which suits RNA-seq library construction and single cell or low input RNA workflows where background must stay minimal.
Intended Use RNA protection in RT-qPCR, RT-PCR, NGS library construction and low input or single cell RNA workflows
Principle / Technology Non-covalent complex formation with RNase A, B and C that inactivates the enzymes
