Introduction
Our Featured FIA Products
Fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) is an analysis technique based on the specific recognition of antibodies-antigens to detect and quantify mobile target molecules by fluorescent signals. Alta DiagnoTech has mastered the advanced FIA technology and provides a wide range of FIA products that can be used for in vitro diagnostics (IVD) to accelerate the application of FIA technology in the IVD field.
What is FIA?
FIA is a quantitative method using fluorescently labeled antibodies or antigens to detect target substances in liquids like serum or urine, commonly used in clinical and biochemical diagnostics. It measures antigens and antibodies in liquids and tissue sections. Once a tracer binds to the antigen or antibody, a fluorescence detector observes or measures the fluorescence, determining presence, localization, and quantifying levels.
