| Description | This high concentration formulation of rapid EcoRI recognises 5 prime G^AATTC 3 prime and delivers precise DNA cutting for vector construction at industrial scale, supplied as a 10000 unit bulk pack at 100 U/uL. The concentrated format reduces glycerol carryover into reactions and supports automation and large batch workflows. Digestion completes within 5 to 15 minutes in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C, followed by heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG methylation possibly overlapping the sequence obstructs cleavage. This unit stores at -20°C and ships with ice packs. |
