TRFIA

Time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA) is a highly sensitive and specific analysis technique for the quantitative determination of target substances which is widely used in biomedical research and clinical diagnostics. Alta DiagnoTech is dedicated to the field of in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and clinical diagnostics, with a team of experienced researchers and leading experts in the industry, to provide advanced TRFIA products to clients.

Introduction to TRFIA

TRFIA is a highly sensitive immunoassay technique widely used in clinical diagnostics and biological research. TRFIA utilizes fluorescent markers for detection, the most commonly used of which are chelates formed by lanthanide elements (e.g., europium, terbium, samarium, and gadolinium), which have unique long-lived fluorescent properties. TRFIA technology enables the simultaneous quantification of multiple analytes over a wide dynamic range and is suitable for the analysis of samples at different concentrations.
