Description An RNase H-deficient M-MLV reverse transcriptase engineered to retain polymerase activity while supporting efficient synthesis of longer first-strand cDNA.
Intended Use First-strand cDNA synthesis; full-length cDNA library preparation; 5′ RACE; reverse transcription of longer RNA templates.
Principle / Technology A point-mutated M-MLV enzyme with reduced RNase H activity synthesizes complementary DNA from RNA and retains terminal transferase activity for template-switching workflows.

Performance Range / Specifications Supports cDNA synthesis up to approximately 5 kb and reliable reverse transcription from RNA inputs above 100 ng.
