| Principle / Technology | An engineered enterokinase light-chain fragment specifically cleaves at the C-terminus of lysine within DDDDK recognition sequences. |
| Reaction Conditions / Protocol | For 0.1-1 mg/mL fusion protein and 0.1-1 mg total protein, use 0.1-1 U enzyme and incubate at 25°C for 12-16 hours or overnight. At 4°C, increase enzyme amount or extend reaction time. |
