Product Name High-Sensitivity Multiplex Hot-Start Taq DNA Polymerase
Catalog No. IEC-HMM-0098
Description A high-sensitivity antibody-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase system developed for robust high-plex PCR and low-template detection.
Intended Use High-plex PCR enrichment; multiplex target amplification; direct amplification from compatible whole-blood and blood-card samples.
Principle / Technology Antibody-mediated hot-start regulation and a multiplex-optimized buffer improve low-template amplification, target balance and resistance to common sample inhibitors.
Detection Method Endpoint multiplex PCR with downstream electrophoretic or assay-specific detection.
Sample Type Purified DNA, genomic DNA, lambda DNA and compatible direct-amplification samples including whole blood and blood cards.
Performance Range / Specifications 200 or 1,000 reactions at 25 µL per reaction; supports target sizes of approximately 50–3,500 bp, broad target GC content of about 25%–75% and high-plex enrichment involving hundreds of amplicons.
Sensitivity / LOD Reported detection reached 0.1 ng in a human genomic system and 0.1 pg in a lambda-DNA system.
Specificity Hot-start control and optimized reaction chemistry reduce nonspecific amplification in complex multiplex assays.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Combine the supplied 2× multiplex buffer with polymerase, primers and template. A 60°C universal annealing condition is suitable for many assays; extend initial denaturation for direct blood or blood-card amplification when required.
Components / Formulation 2× high-sensitivity multiplex PCR buffer and high-sensitivity multiplex DNA polymerase at 10 U/µL.
Storage Conditions Store at −30 to −15°C.
Package Specifications 200 reactions; 1,000 reactions.
Product Form Two-component high-sensitivity multiplex hot-start polymerase system.
Quality Control Low-template sensitivity, high-plex enrichment, inhibitor tolerance, target-size compatibility and accelerated stability are evaluated.
Key Features High sensitivity; high-plex capability; strong inhibitor tolerance; broad amplicon-size and GC compatibility; stable performance under transport and freeze–thaw stress.
Concentration DNA polymerase: 10 U/µL.
Shipping Conditions Ship at or below 0°C.
Expiration Date / Stability Performance remained stable in reported accelerated storage, repeated freeze–thaw and transport evaluations.
Compatibility Compatible with purified DNA and selected direct-amplification samples such as whole blood and blood cards.
Application Notes / Precautions Use high-quality primers and templates. For poorly represented targets, optimize primer concentration, annealing temperature, cycle number or extension time.

For research use only, not for clinical use.
