Description Alta DiagnoTech Creatine Amidinohydrolase (CRH) is a recombinant enzyme supplied as white lyophilized powder. The enzyme has a molecular weight of 30 kDa (SDS-PAGE) by SDS-PAGE.
Intended Use For enzymatic determination of creatine and creatinine in clinical analysis when coupled with creatinine amidohydrolase, sarcosine dehydrogenase or sarcosine oxidase, and formaldehyde dehydrogenase.
Principle / Technology One unit produces 1 µmol of sarcosine per minute at pH 7.5 and 37°C.
