The 1,600 U format contains 0.2 mL enzyme, 1.5 mL buffer and 1.5 mL magnesium sulfate; the 8,000 U format contains 1 mL enzyme, 2 × 1.5 mL buffer and 2 × 1.5 mL magnesium sulfate; the 80,000 U format contains 10 mL enzyme, 3 × 10 mL buffer and 2 × 10 mL magnesium sulfate. |
