| Principle / Technology | Noncovalent 1:1 binding inhibits RNase A, B and C. The murine protein remains stable at DTT concentrations below 1 mM because it lacks two oxidation-sensitive cysteine residues present in the human inhibitor. |
| Performance Range / Specifications | Active from 25°C to 55°C and across pH 5-9, with maximum activity at pH 7-8; inactivated at 65°C or above. Does not inhibit RNase H, RNase 1, RNase T1, S1 nuclease or fungal RNase. |
