Reaction Conditions / Protocol	Prepare the assay in 50 mM potassium phosphate and 4 mM EDTA at pH 8.0 with NAD, S-adenosylhomocysteine and DTNB. Preincubate 0.990 mL reagent for 2 minutes at 37 degrees C, add 0.010 mL enzyme sample, react for 3 minutes and calculate the rate at 412 nm from the second minute. Use a matched buffer blank.
