Description Alta DiagnoTech recombinant acid phosphatase is supplied as a nearly colorless clear solution for ACP assay calibration and quality control.

Principle / Technology ACP hydrolyzes alpha-naphthyl phosphate to alpha-naphthol, which then forms a diazo compound with 2-amino-5-chlorotoluene.
