Product Name Universal Superfast qPCR Mix (One Tube)
Catalog No. RESK-0128
Description This product is a fluorescent quantitative qPCR premix built on a new-generation antibody-based hot-start Taq DNA polymerase. It offers broad versatility and supports both fast cycling programs and a full-premix format. In DNA multiplex amplification applications, it delivers the following advantages: (1) excellent universality, with validated amplification performance across a wide range of bacterial, fungal, and viral primers/probes; (2) support for advance pre-mixing of primers and probes, with full-premix amplification performance unchanged after 7 days of accelerated storage at 37 °C; (3) support for fast programs, completing detection in 20 minutes or less; and (4) a dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system in which dUTP replaces dTTP, effectively preventing aerosol contamination and ensuring accurate results.
Intended Use Multiplex quantitative PCR detection of DNA targets (bacteria, fungi, viruses) in high-throughput and rapid testing workflows, including full-premix assay formats.
Principle / Technology Probe/dye-based real-time quantitative PCR using a new-generation antibody-mediated hot-start Taq DNA polymerase; incorporates a dUTP/UDG carry-over prevention system (dUTP in place of dTTP) to eliminate aerosol contamination from previous amplifications.
Detection Method Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (qPCR)
Sample Type DNA templates (e.g., bacterial plasmids, viral nucleic acids extracted from real samples such as African swine fever virus)
Performance Range / Specifications 1. Supports fast programs - results in 20 min;
2. Superior full-premix stability - stable after 7 days at 37 °C with pre-mixed primers/probes and after 20 freeze-thaw cycles;
3. Low background residue - no residual E. coli, P. aeruginosa, or human genomic DNA detected across 48 wells;
4. Excellent universality - compatible with diverse multiplex primers/probes (more than 40 target types validated), all stably amplified;
5. High sensitivity and specificity - sensitivity down to 200 copies/mL, no peaks in 48 negative wells;
6. dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system;
7. Compatible with multiple platforms and assays - validated on mainstream real-time PCR instruments.
Sensitivity / LOD 200 copies/mL; detection rate and Ct values at the limit of detection are unaffected by fast programs or 37 °C accelerated storage of the full premix.
Specificity No amplification peaks in 48 negative wells; no detectable residual E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, or human genomic DNA background across 48 wells.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Conventional program: 95 °C 5 min; 40 cycles (95 °C 15 s, 60 °C 30 s) - approximately 50 min.
Fast program: 95 °C 15 s; 40 cycles (95 °C 2 s, 60 °C 8 s) - approximately 20 min.
Example alternative program: 95 °C 90 s; 45 cycles (95 °C 5 s, 55 °C 30 s).
Components / Formulation One-tube premix containing a new-generation antibody-based hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, optimized buffer, dNTPs (with dUTP replacing dTTP), and the UDG anti-contamination system.
Storage Conditions Store at -25 to -15 °C.
Shelf Life 1 year when stored at -25 to -15 °C
Package Specifications 100 T
1,000 T
10,000 T
Product Form One-tube liquid full premix
Quality Control Sensitivity and detection-rate equivalence between conventional and fast programs verified on multiplex plasmid templates; full-premix stability verified after 7 days at 37 °C with customer-supplied primer/probe sets on plasmid and real-sample viral nucleic acids; tolerance to multiple template diluents (including saline) confirmed.
Expiration Date / Stability Valid for 1 year at -25 to -15 °C; full premix stable after 7 days at 37 °C and after 20 freeze-thaw cycles.
Compatibility Compatible with mainstream real-time PCR instruments (96-well and 48-well formats); validated for more than 40 different multiplex target types; tolerant of various template diluents, with better saline tolerance than comparable products.
Application Notes / Precautions Primers and probes can be pre-mixed with the reagent in advance and stored; performance remains stable after 7 days at 37 °C. The dUTP/UDG system effectively prevents carry-over aerosol contamination.
