| Product Name | DNA Rapid Isothermal Amplification Kit (Fluorescent, Exo Probe) |
| Catalog No. | RESK-0114 |
| Description | This kit is a molecular biology reagent for rapid, efficient, and specific isothermal amplification of nucleic acid fragments. Based on rapid isothermal nucleic acid amplification technology (RPA), it enables fast amplification of target DNA under constant-temperature conditions of 39-42 °C, and is widely used in biological research, clinical diagnostics, and molecular detection. With the Exo probe format, the amplification process can be monitored in real time using a fluorescence detection device. |
| Intended Use | Rapid isothermal amplification and real-time fluorescent detection of DNA templates; for research, clinical diagnostics, and molecular detection applications. |
| Principle / Technology | Recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) with the Exo probe method: the recombinase UvsX anchors to primers to form recombinase-primer complexes that scan for homologous target sequences and mediate strand exchange. Single-stranded DNA-binding protein binds the displaced single strand, forming a stable D-loop structure. With the accessory factor UvsY and a crowding agent, conformational change of the complex exposes the primer 3' end, and DNA polymerase initiates extension from both upstream and downstream primers to generate double-stranded product. A target-specific Exo fluorescent probe is cleaved by exonuclease during amplification, enabling real-time fluorescence monitoring of the reaction. Amplification proceeds at a constant temperature of 39-42 °C without thermal cycling. |
