| Description | A semi-finished real-time qPCR kit for the detection of monkeypox virus (MPXV) DNA. The kit includes monkeypox virus-specific primers and probes, a 2x premix based on a next-generation antibody-based hot-start Taq DNA polymerase (with Mg2+ and dNTPs), and a positive control. Factors that suppress nonspecific amplification and enhance multiplex amplification efficiency improve amplification efficiency and promote effective amplification of low-concentration templates. The built-in UDG enzyme effectively prevents aerosol carryover contamination, and an endogenous internal control facilitates quality control. The kit contains all components required for qPCR except the template, making it simple to operate. |
