| Product Name | Superpro I TaqMan qPCR Master Mix (UDG Plus) |
| Catalog No. | RESK-0088 |
| Description | This is a second-generation, fast, fully premixed real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) master mix built on a new-generation antibody-based hot-start Taq DNA polymerase. The 2x premix contains reaction buffer and an enzyme blend, uses dUTP in place of dTTP, and is supplemented with factors that suppress non-specific PCR amplification and enhance multiplex amplification efficiency. It greatly reduces non-specific amplification and carry-over contamination, supporting up to 4-plex reactions while maintaining primer efficiency. The mix contains uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) to effectively prevent aerosol contamination. |
| Intended Use | For TaqMan probe-based real-time quantitative PCR detection of DNA targets, including rapid and multiplex (up to 4-plex) qPCR assays. |
| Principle / Technology | Antibody-mediated hot-start Taq DNA polymerase with a dUTP/UDG carry-over contamination control system; proprietary enhancers suppress non-specific amplification and improve multiplex amplification efficiency. |
| Detection Method | Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (TaqMan probe-based). |
| Sample Type | DNA templates (e.g., plasmid DNA, pathogen nucleic acid). |
| Performance Range / Specifications | Outstanding amplification sensitivity: antibody-based hot-start Taq engineered for high sensitivity; stable detection down to 1 copy/uL Superior stability: stable for 7 days at 37 °C, 28 days at 4 °C, and after 50 freeze-thaw cycles High inhibitor tolerance: broadly compatible with systems of 20%-70% GC content and supports multi-target detection Fast program support: results in as little as 30 min dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system effectively prevents aerosol contamination Broad instrument and assay compatibility: suitable for mainstream qPCR platforms |
| Sensitivity / LOD | Stable detection at 1 copy/uL; in validation testing, 1 copy/uL African swine fever virus plasmid was detected in 20/20 replicates. |
| Specificity | Contains factors that effectively suppress non-specific PCR amplification; hot-start formulation minimizes nonspecific products. |
| Reaction Conditions / Protocol | Compatible with fast cycling programs; results can be obtained in as little as 30 min. |
| Components / Formulation | 2x premix containing reaction buffer, antibody-based hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, UDG enzyme, and dNTPs with dUTP replacing dTTP. |
| Storage Conditions | Store at -25 to -15 °C. |
| Shelf Life | 1 year when stored at -25 to -15 °C. |
| Package Specifications | 100 T; 500 T; 1,000 T; 5,000 T; 10,000 T; 40,000 T |
| Product Form | 2x liquid master mix (fully premixed). |
| Quality Control | Stability verified at 37 °C for 7 days, 4 °C for 28 days, and after 50 repeated freeze-thaw cycles; sensitivity verified by 20/20 detection of 1 copy/uL template. |
| Expiration Date / Stability | 1 year at -25 to -15 °C; remains stable after 7 days at 37 °C, 28 days at 4 °C, or 50 freeze-thaw cycles. |
| Compatibility | Validated on mainstream qPCR instruments; compatible with GC contents of 20%-70%; supports up to 4-plex detection. |
| Application Notes / Precautions | The dUTP/UDG system degrades uracil-containing carry-over products to prevent aerosol contamination. Supports up to 4-plex reactions while maintaining primer efficiency. |
