Built on a new-generation antibody-mediated hot-start enzyme, a dedicated one-step reverse transcriptase, and a specialized buffer system optimized for one-tube full-premix RT-qPCR, the mix allows primers and probes to be pre-blended with the reagent and stored long-term; users simply add template RNA before running the assay. This greatly reduces tedious pipetting steps, operator errors, reagent waste, and low throughput in high-volume testing. The incorporated dUTP/UDG system functions at room temperature to effectively prevent aerosol contamination. |
