Product Name Pure Pro U+ qPCR Mix (One Tube)
Catalog No. RESK-0116
Description A fluorescent quantitative PCR (qPCR) master mix built on a next-generation antibody-based hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, designed for DNA-template multiplex qPCR amplification. A proprietary bacterial-control manufacturing system removes host (E. coli) and environmentally introduced background bacterial DNA contamination (such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, and human genomic DNA) from the product to an extremely low level. The reagent is universal, supports primers and probes pre-mixed in advance, and is compatible with fast-cycling programs (detection time 35 min or less). The 2x mix contains factors that suppress non-specific PCR amplification and enhance multiplex amplification efficiency, improving both sensitivity and specificity. A dUTP/UDG carryover contamination control system, in which dUTP replaces dTTP, effectively prevents aerosol contamination and ensures accurate detection results.
Intended Use For DNA-template multiplex real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) amplification in research and molecular diagnostic assay development, especially where low nucleic acid background (low residual host/environmental DNA) is critical.
Principle / Technology TaqMan probe-based real-time quantitative PCR using a next-generation antibody-based hot-start Taq DNA polymerase. A special bacterial-control system minimizes residual host (E. coli) and environmental background DNA in the reagent. The dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system substitutes dUTP for dTTP so that uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) degrades carryover amplicons before amplification, eliminating aerosol contamination risk.
Detection Method Real-time fluorescence detection with TaqMan hydrolysis probes; supports multiplex amplification.
Sample Type DNA templates; suitable for multiplex qPCR assays, including assays sensitive to background bacterial or human genomic DNA.
Performance Range / Specifications Universal compatibility: excellent amplification performance with the majority of primer-probe sets.
Full premix stability: amplification performance remains unchanged after 14 days of accelerated storage at 37 °C with primers and probes pre-mixed.
Fast-cycling support: detection time 35 min or less.
2x mix formulation contains factors that suppress non-specific PCR amplification and enhance multiplex qPCR efficiency, increasing multiplex sensitivity and specificity.
dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system prevents aerosol contamination and ensures result accuracy.
Ultra-low background: no amplification detected in any of 48 no-template-control (NTC) wells tested in E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and human genomic DNA systems, indicating extremely low residual background DNA in the reagent.
Sensitivity / LOD No background DNA detected in 48-well NTC testing across E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and human genomic DNA systems, demonstrating an extremely low level of residual background nucleic acid.
Specificity The 2x mix contains factors that effectively suppress non-specific PCR amplification, improving the specificity of multiplex amplification.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Supports fast-cycling programs with detection time of 35 min or less; primers and probes may be pre-mixed with the reagent in advance. Suitable for DNA-template multiplex qPCR amplification systems.
Components / Formulation 2x one-tube premix containing antibody-based hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs (dUTP in place of dTTP), UDG, reaction buffer, and additives that suppress non-specific amplification and enhance multiplex amplification efficiency; manufactured under a special bacterial-control system for ultra-low residual background DNA.
Storage Conditions Store at -25 to -15 °C.
Shelf Life 18 months.
Package Specifications 100 T; 1,000 T; 4,000 T
Product Form 2x liquid premix (one-tube master mix).
Expiration Date / Stability Valid for 18 months when stored at -25 to -15 °C. Full premix shows no loss of multiplex amplification performance after 7 days at 4 °C or 37 °C, after 50 freeze-thaw cycles, or after 14 days of accelerated storage at 37 °C; Ct deviation (delta Ct) versus the -20 °C control remains within +/-0.5 and fluorescence deviation within 15% across 3-plex and 4-plex amplification systems.
Compatibility Compatible with the majority of primer-probe sets and with standard and fast-cycling programs for DNA-template multiplex qPCR.
Application Notes / Precautions Primers and probes can be pre-mixed with the reagent in advance without loss of performance. Use UDG pretreatment to eliminate carryover contamination from previous dUTP-containing amplicons. The low nucleic acid background makes the reagent suitable for assays where residual host or environmental DNA could cause false-positive signals.
