| Product Name | Lyo-Ready I TaqMan Multiplex qPCR Mix (UDG Plus) |
| Catalog No. | RESK-0091 |
| Description | This is a lyophilizable real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) reagent built on a new-generation antibody-based hot-start Taq DNA polymerase. It is suitable for dual-labeled probes such as FAM/HEX/TET/JOE/ROX (and also compatible with Molecular Beacon probes). The reagent contains a lyoprotectant, hot-start Fast Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs and other components, and can be directly freeze-dried and loaded onto instruments. The formulation contains no ROX reference dye and is compatible with a wide range of quantitative PCR instruments. |
| Intended Use | For TaqMan probe-based multiplex real-time quantitative PCR; designed for the development of lyophilized qPCR products that can be freeze-dried directly for instrument loading. |
| Principle / Technology | Antibody-based hot-start Fast Taq DNA polymerase in a lyophilization-ready formulation containing lyoprotectant; UDG-based anti-contamination design (UDG plus); probe-based fluorescent quantification supporting dual-labeled probes (FAM/HEX/TET/JOE/ROX) and Molecular Beacons. |
| Detection Method | Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (TaqMan dual-labeled probes; also compatible with Molecular Beacon probes). |
| Sample Type | DNA templates (e.g., viral targets such as ASFV, MPXV, HBV and SARS-CoV-2). |
| Performance Range / Specifications | Convenient operation: can be used directly as a liquid reagent or lyophilized for long-term storage Versatile lyophilization formats: in-tube (8-strip) lyophilization, vial lyophilization cakes, lyophilized beads, lyophilized microchips and more Good stability: liquid reagent stable for 7 days at 37 °C; lyophilized reagent remains stable after storage at 50 °C |
| Specificity | Antibody-based hot-start mechanism minimizes non-specific amplification. |
| Reaction Conditions / Protocol | Can be used directly as a liquid reagent or lyophilized; supports direct freeze-drying for on-instrument use. |
| Components / Formulation | Lyoprotectant, antibody-based hot-start Fast Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs and buffer components; UDG included (UDG plus); free of ROX reference dye. |
| Storage Conditions | Store at -25 to -15 °C. |
| Shelf Life | 1 year when stored at -25 to -15 °C. |
| Package Specifications | 100 T; 1,000 T |
| Product Form | Liquid, lyophilization-ready master mix; supports in-tube lyophilization, vial cakes, lyophilized beads and microchips. |
| Quality Control | Amplification performance verified against liquid reference reagents for ASFV, MPXV, HBV and SARS-CoV-2 (ORF gene) targets. Pre- vs. post-lyophilization amplification performance compared for ASFV, HBV and MPXV. Stability of both liquid reagent and lyophilized beads verified for MPXV and SARS-CoV-2 (N gene) targets. |
| Expiration Date / Stability | 1 year at -25 to -15 °C; liquid reagent stable for 7 days at 37 °C; lyophilized reagent remains stable after storage at 50 °C. |
| Compatibility | ROX-free formulation compatible with a wide range of qPCR instruments; suitable for FAM/HEX/TET/JOE/ROX dual-labeled probes and Molecular Beacon probes; supports multiple lyophilization formats (in-tube, vial cake, bead, microchip). |
| Application Notes / Precautions | Contains no ROX reference dye; use instrument-appropriate calibration if required. The mix can be freeze-dried directly and loaded onto qPCR instruments. |
