| Description | This product is the lyophilized microsphere version of the same-series liquid lyo-ready multiplex one-step RT-qPCR reagent (UDG Plus), supplied as pre-dispensed microspheres without primers and probes. It performs multiplex quantitative PCR with RNA templates: reverse transcription and quantitative PCR are carried out in the same reaction tube, simplifying the workflow and reducing contamination risk. Using lyophilization technology, the liquid reagent is converted into stable freeze-dried microspheres, which greatly facilitates reagent storage and transportation while improving reagent stability. |
