| Product Name | Advanced Fast One-Step RT-qPCR Probe Mix |
| Catalog No. | RESK-0078 |
| Description | A one-step detection reagent designed for rapid reverse transcription and amplification of RNA templates released from cultured cell samples into lysis buffer. Reverse transcription and qPCR amplification are performed in a single tube, effectively shortening reaction time and reducing the risk of cross-contamination. The system shows strong tolerance to lysate matrix and broad instrument compatibility. The mix is suitable for high-throughput (96/384-well) analysis of cellular RNA expression. The 100 T format provides 96 x 2 RT-qPCR reactions, enough to process one full 96-well cell plate in a single run, avoiding contamination and performance loss caused by repeated opening and freeze-thaw of reagents. The 500 T format is intended for 384-well plates and higher-throughput automated screening platforms. |
| Intended Use | Quantitative gene expression analysis of RNA released from cultured cell lysates, including high-throughput expression screening in 96-well and 384-well formats. |
| Principle / Technology | One-tube, one-step RT-qPCR: reverse transcription of RNA and probe-based qPCR amplification are carried out simultaneously in the same reaction tube. |
| Detection Method | Probe-based real-time quantitative PCR (fluorescent hydrolysis probe detection) |
| Sample Type | RNA templates released from cultured cell samples into cell lysate (adherent and suspension cells) |
| Performance Range / Specifications | Tolerates up to 30% cell lysate in the reaction Supports up to 384-well gene expression screening in a single run, more than 4x the throughput of conventional methods The 100 T format provides 96 x 2 RT-qPCR reactions, sufficient for one full 96-well plate High precision with universal ROX reference dye included |
| Sensitivity / LOD | High detection sensitivity with stable amplification, reducing the risk of false-negative (missed) results in cell lysate RT-qPCR assays |
| Specificity | Efficient amplification of multiple target genes validated in 293T adherent cells and 293F suspension cells |
| Reaction Conditions / Protocol | Reverse transcription and qPCR amplification are performed in a single tube; add the one-step RT-qPCR Mix, cell lysate template, primers and probe, then run the combined reverse transcription and qPCR program on a compatible real-time PCR instrument |
| Components / Formulation | One-step RT-qPCR Mix containing reverse transcription and qPCR amplification components with universal ROX reference dye |
| Storage Conditions | Store at -25 to -15 °C |
| Shelf Life | 1 year |
| Package Specifications | 100 T; 500 T |
| Product Form | Liquid master mix |
| Quality Control | High amplification repeatability with low systematic error, suitable for high-throughput screening |
| Expiration Date / Stability | Stable for 1 year when stored at -25 to -15 °C |
| Regulatory / Compliance | For research use only |
| Compatibility | Contains universal ROX reference dye and is compatible with a wide range of real-time PCR instruments (high-ROX, low-ROX and no-ROX platforms) |
| Application Notes / Precautions | Use the full 96-well plate format in a single run where possible to avoid contamination and reagent performance loss from repeated opening and freeze-thaw cycles Validated for both adherent cells (e.g., 293T) and suspension cells (e.g., 293F) The 500 T format is recommended for 384-well automated screening platforms |
| Batch-to-Batch Consistency | High precision and reproducible amplification performance across reactions, suitable for high-throughput screening applications |
