| Detection Principle | This kit is based on double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). To the microtiter wells pre-coated with the capture antibody of rat platelet reactive protein 1 (THBS1), the sample, standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody and HRP enzyme conjugate are added sequentially, and then incubated and washed, and then the substrate TMB is used to develop the color, which is converted into blue color by HRP, and then converted into yellow color under the action of acid. There is a positive correlation between the color and the presence of rat THBS1 in the samples. The absorbance (OD) is measured at 450 nm by zymography and the concentration is calculated. |
