The gene product belongs to group II, which contains the secreted form of PLA2, an extracellular enzyme with low molecular weight that requires calcium ions for catalysis. |

| Detection Principle | The kit is based on double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). To the microtiter wells pre-coated with mouse group IIA phospholipase A2 (platelets, synovial fluid) (PLA2G2A) capture antibody, add the sample, standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP enzyme conjugate sequentially, and then incubate and wash, and then use the substrate TMB to develop the color, which will be converted into blue color catalyzed by HRP, and then converted into yellow color under the effect of acid. The final color is yellow. There is a positive correlation between the color and mouse group IIA phospholipase A2 (platelets, synovial fluid) (PLA2G2A) in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at 450nm with an enzyme marker to calculate the sample concentration. |
