| Reaction Conditions / Protocol | 1. Preparation Remove the vial from storage at below -65°C and thaw at room temperature for 5 min. Centrifuge briefly (3000 rpm, 30 s) to collect any liquid from the cap into the bottom of the tube. 2. Concentration verification (optional) Take 2 μL and measure the A260 value with a UV spectrophotometer; calculate the concentration and confirm that it is consistent with the labeled concentration. |
