| Product Name | Human Cluster Of Differentiation 42b (CD42b) ELISA Kit |
| Catalog No. | PAK-HMM-0013 |
| Description | Platelet glycoprotein Ib alpha chain, also known as glycoprotein Ib (platelet), alpha polypeptide or CD42b (cluster of differentiation 42b), is a protein encoded by the GP1BA gene. It is a platelet surface membrane glycoprotein consisting of a heterodimer of disulfide-linked alpha and beta chains. |

| Detection Principle | This kit is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using a double-antibody sandwich method. To the microtiter wells pre-coated with human platelet glycoprotein Ibα chain (GP1BA; CD42β) capture antibody, the sample, standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP enzyme conjugate are added sequentially, and then warmed and washed, and then the color is developed with the substrate TMB, which is converted to blue by peroxidase (HRP) and converted to the final yellow color under the action of acid. The color shade is positively correlated with the human platelet glycoprotein Ibα chain (GP1BA; CD42β) in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at 450 nm with an enzyme marker to calculate the sample concentration. |
