| Product Name | Human Beta-type platelet-derived growth factor receptor(PDGFRB) ELISA KIT |
| Catalog No. | PAK-HMM-0026 |
| Description | Platelet growth factor receptor beta is a protein that is encoded by the PDGFRB gene.Mutations in PDGFRB are primarily associated with the clonal eosinophilia class of malignant tumors. The PDGFRB gene is located on chromosome 5 at position q32 (designated 5q32) and contains 25 exons. The gene is flanked by genes for granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor and colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor, which may be lost together due to a single deleterious mutation that results in the development of the 5q-syndrome.The PDGFRB gene encodes a canonical receptor tyrosine kinase belonging to the type III tyrosine kinase receptor (RTK) family, which is structurally characterized by five extracellular Its structure is characterized by five extracellular immunoglobulin-like structural domains, a transmembrane helical structural domain, an intracellular juxtamembrane structural domain, a split tyrosine kinase structural domain and a carboxylic acid tail. Tyrosine residues 857 and 751 are the major phosphorylation sites for activation of PDGFRβ. The molecular mass of the mature, glycosylated PDGFRβ protein is approximately 180 kDa. |

| Detection Principle | The kit is based on double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). To the microtiter wells pre-coated with human platelet-derived growth factor β receptor (PDGFRβ) capture antibody, the sample, standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, and HRP enzyme conjugate are added sequentially, and then incubated and washed, and then the substrate TMB is used to develop the color, which is converted into blue color catalyzed by the enzyme peroxidase (HRP), and then converted into yellow color under the effect of acid. There is a positive correlation between the color and human platelet-derived growth factor β receptor (PDGFRβ) in the sample. The absorbance (OD) is measured at 450 nm using an enzyme meter and the concentration of the sample is calculated. |
