| Detection Principle | The kit is based on double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). To the microtiter wells pre-coated with human platelet-derived growth factor β receptor (PDGFRβ) capture antibody, the sample, standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, and HRP enzyme conjugate are added sequentially, and then incubated and washed, and then the substrate TMB is used to develop the color, which is converted into blue color catalyzed by the enzyme peroxidase (HRP), and then converted into yellow color under the effect of acid.
