| Product Name | XhoI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0484 |
| Description | Cleaving 5 prime C^TCGAG 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease completes precise DNA cutting in 5 to 15 minutes and suits fast digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA. It is supplied at 20 U/uL, has an optimal reaction temperature of 37°C in the shared rapid series buffer and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG methylation fully overlapping the sequence restricts cutting, and PaeR7I, TliI, BssHI, Sfr274I, SlaI and StrI are isoschizomers sharing the specificity. |
