| Product Name | XbaI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease, High Concentration (100 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0485 |
| Description | A hyper-concentrated format of the rapid XbaI endonuclease for vector construction and routine DNA digestion, this preparation recognises 5 prime T^CTAGA 3 prime and completes cutting within 5 to 15 minutes. It is supplied at 100 U/uL in the shared rapid series buffer, has an optimal reaction temperature of 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dam methylation overlapping the sequence can block cutting, and it ships on ice packs. |
