| Description | A next-generation high-fidelity polymerase engineered from Pfu DNA polymerase that handles uracil-containing substrates. Where conventional high-fidelity enzymes fail to polymerise with dUTP, cannot accept dUTP-containing primers and cannot use dUTP-containing DNA as template, this enzyme amplifies all three, making it the choice for uracil-containing library workflows such as methylation library construction. Fidelity is markedly improved, complex templates amplify quickly and accurately, and an optimised buffer with PCR-enhancing components gives strong efficiency and broad template adaptability. Amplification products are blunt-ended. |
