| Product Name | Ultra Reverse Transcriptase, RNase H-Free (200 U/µL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0316 |
| Description | An engineered reverse transcriptase derived from an RNase H-deficient M-MLV backbone. Removal of RNase H activity greatly improves full-length cDNA synthesis up to 20 kb, and thermal stability carries reactions to 65 °C so templates with complex secondary structures reverse-transcribe efficiently. Processivity, synthesis rate and inhibitor tolerance are all raised, addressing the low efficiency caused by inhibitors in difficult samples, and detection reaches 1 pg of total RNA in five minutes. |
| Intended Use | Full-length cDNA library construction, end-point PCR, RT-PCR and real-time RT-PCR, RNA-seq library preparation and single-cell sequencing. |
| Detection Method | RNA templates including structured and inhibitor-containing samples |
