| Product Name | Ultra-Low Residual Murine RNase Inhibitor (40 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0582 |
| Description | A recombinant murine RNase inhibitor expressed and purified in soluble form from E. coli, which inactivates ribonucleases by binding them non-covalently into an inactive complex and broadly inhibits RNase A, RNase B and RNase C. Because it lacks the two oxidation-sensitive cysteines of the human protein it has higher antioxidant activity and suits high DTT sensitivity assays such as qPCR, and RT-PCR and RT-qPCR testing confirms compatibility with reverse transcriptases and various DNA polymerases. This ultra-low residual format holds E. coli host DNA below 0.1 copies per 100 U, stays active from 25 to 60°C across pH 5.0 to 9.0, and is aimed at applications with strict background requirements. |
