| Product Name | Tsp45I Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0477 |
| Description | Cutting 5 prime ^GTSAC 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes and performs best at a reaction temperature of 65°C, which is well matched to thermophilic workflows. It is supplied at 10 U/uL in the unified rapid series buffer. EcoBI methylation overlapping the site restricts cutting whereas Dam, Dcm, CpG and EcoKI methylation have no effect, and NmuCI together with TseFI are isoschizomers. The enzyme cannot be heat inactivated, so remove it afterwards by phenol chloroform extraction or column purification. |
