| Product Name | Thermostable Reverse Transcriptase V, Glycerol-Free (600 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0520 |
| Description | A high concentration, glycerol-free format of the fifth generation reverse transcriptase engineered from M-MLV (H-) Reverse Transcriptase. The enzyme tolerates reaction temperatures up to 60°C, keeps 70% of its activity after 30 minutes at 58°C, and synthesises full-length cDNA up to 10 kb, which suits RNA templates with complex secondary structure and low copy target detection. Supplied without glycerol and stored at 2 to 8°C with a 6 month shelf life, it serves as an enzyme raw material for IVD molecular diagnostics and gene expression analysis by RT-qPCR. |
