| Product Name | Thermostable Reverse Transcriptase V for Complex RNA Templates |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0519 |
| Description | A new reverse transcriptase engineered from M-MLV (H-) Reverse Transcriptase with greatly improved thermal stability, tolerating reaction temperatures up to 60°C and retaining 70% of its activity after 30 minutes at 58°C The elevated reaction temperature suits RNA templates with complex secondary structure, and enhanced affinity for the template makes the enzyme well matched to reactions with little template and low copy genes. Its capacity for full-length cDNA synthesis is also improved, producing cDNA up to 10 kb for subsequent PCR, qPCR detection, cloning and expression analysis. |
| Intended Use | Reverse transcription of low copy genes and templates with complex secondary structure for RT-PCR and RT-qPCR |
