| Product Name | TaqI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0476 |
| Description | Recognising 5 prime T^CGA 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 20 U/uL, it operates in the shared rapid series buffer at an optimal 37°C Dam methylation overlapping the sequence can block cutting, and TthHB8I is an isoschizomer with the same specificity. The enzyme is not heat inactivatable, so after digestion remove it by phenol chloroform extraction or column purification. |
