| Description | Taq DNA polymerase antibody is a monoclonal antibody targeting Taq enzyme, used in hot-start PCR. This antibody binds to Taq enzyme and inhibits DNA polymerase activity. In PCR amplification using Taq antibodies, the Taq antibody binds to the Taq enzyme and inhibits DNA polymerase activity prior to high-temperature denaturation, effectively preventing non-specific binding of primers at low temperatures and non-specific amplification caused by primer dimers. Additionally, the Taq DNA polymerase monoclonal antibody blocks exonuclease activity, preventing reagent degradation and the generation of non-specific signals. |
