Description The Alta DiagnoTech strong anion-exchange medium uses monodisperse, hydrophilically modified PMMA beads carrying a quaternary-ammonium ligand. The high-strength matrix combines low nonspecific adsorption with stable bed behavior, high flow capability and charge-based selectivity for large biomolecules.
Intended Use Capture, intermediate purification and polishing of monoclonal antibodies, viruses, vaccines and high-molecular-weight recombinant proteins.
