| Description | DMAE-NHS is an acridinium ester chemiluminescent reagent used for direct chemiluminescent immunoassay and for research involving receptors, nucleic acids and peptides. Antigen, antibody and protein detection can be performed without an additional catalyst. In alkaline medium, oxidation by H2O2 proceeds through a dioxetanone intermediate and produces electronically excited N-methylacridone, which releases light at 430 nm on returning to the ground state. |
