| Description | This pre-assembled enzyme blend centres on an engineered T7 RNA polymerase whose mutations suppress dsRNA byproduct formation during transcription by a wide margin. Supplied with linear double-stranded DNA from plasmids or PCR products as template, the mix copies the sequence downstream of the T7 promoter into single-stranded RNA, and modified nucleotides added to the reaction yield biotinylated or dye-labelled transcripts. It is stored at -25 °C to -15 °C with a 12-month shelf life and is supplied in 20 uL to 1 mL fills. |
