| Product Name | T7 RNA Transcription Enzyme Mix for In Vitro RNA Synthesis |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0345 |
| Description | This enzyme blend centres on a recombinant phage T7 RNA polymerase produced in E. coli. Using double-stranded DNA carrying a T7 promoter sequence as template and NTPs as substrate, it transcribes RNA complementary to the strand downstream of the promoter. Linear plasmids and PCR products with blunt or 5′ protruding ends both serve as templates, and modified nucleotides can be folded into the reaction to generate RNA labelled with biotin or dye molecules for research and mRNA development work. |
| Intended Use | In vitro transcription of RNA for mRNA vaccine and drug development; synthesis of biotin or dye-labelled RNA by incorporating modified nucleotides. |
| Specificity | Recognises the T7 promoter sequence 5′-TAATACGACTCACTATA-3′; accepts NTP substrates |
| Storage Conditions | -25 °C to -15 °C |
| Shelf Life | 12 months |
| Package Specifications | 20 uL, 100 uL, 200 uL and 1 mL packs |
