| Product Name | StuI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0468 |
| Description | Recognising 5 prime AGG^CCT 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease produces blunt ended fragments and rapidly cuts plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. It is supplied at 10 U/uL and performs in the common rapid series buffer at 37°C, with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dcm and EcoBI methylation possibly overlapping the site may affect cleavage, and the isoschizomers include AatI, Eco147I, PceI and SseBI. |
