| Product Name | SspI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0467 |
| Description | Cutting the AT rich palindromic site 5 prime AAT^ATT 3 prime to yield blunt ends, this rapid recombinant endonuclease supports molecular cloning and DNA fragment preparation, digesting plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 20 U/uL, it operates in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dam, Dcm, CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation all leave activity unchanged, and no alternative named isoschizomers are documented. |
