| Product Name | SspDI (KasI) Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0534 |
| Description | A conventional restriction enzyme that recognises and cuts 5 prime G^GCGCC 3 prime, SspDI (KasI) differs from the rapid series enzymes in needing a longer digestion to cut DNA substrates completely, yet it still uses the shared rapid series reaction buffer, so double digestion with other enzymes of that series is straightforward. Heat inactivation is achieved at 80°C for 20 minutes, and one unit fully digests 1 microgram of pBR322 in one hour at 37°C in a 50 microlitre reaction. KasI, DinI, EgeI, EheI, Mly113I, NarI, PluTI and SfoI are recognised isoschizomers. |
