| Product Name | SphI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0466 |
| Description | This rapid recombinant endonuclease cuts 5 prime GCATG^C 3 prime to leave a 3 prime overhang and digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 20 U/uL, it runs in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. EcoBI methylation possibly overlapping the site may block cleavage, and the isoschizomers include BbuI, PaeI and SpaHI. |
