| Product Name | SpeI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0465 |
| Description | Recognising 5 prime A^CTAGT 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease generates cohesive ends compatible with NheI and XbaI digests, a property widely exploited in assembly cloning and multi fragment construction. It digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes, is supplied at 20 U/uL, and operates in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. EcoKI and EcoBI methylation possibly overlapping the site may affect cutting, and the isoschizomers AhlI and BcuI share the specificity. |
