| Product Name | SdaI (SbfI) Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0471 |
| Description | Cutting the eight base site 5 prime CCTGCA^GG 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease processes plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA for molecular cloning and finishes digestion within 5 to 15 minutes. It is supplied at 20 U/uL, works in the unified rapid series buffer at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dam, Dcm, CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation leave cutting unaffected, and SbfI together with Sse8387I share the same specificity. |
