Supplied at 20 U/uL, it operates in the single rapid series buffer at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. EcoBI methylation overlapping the site restricts cutting, and ZrmI together with BmcAI are isoschizomers with the same specificity. |
