| Product Name | SbfI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0463 |
| Description | Recognising the eight base site 5 prime CCTGCA^GG 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease is a rare cutter well suited to linearising large constructs and cloning workflows, digesting plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 20 U/uL, it runs in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dam, Dcm, CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation all leave activity unchanged, and the isoschizomers SdaI and Sse8387I share the same specificity. |
| Intended Use | Rapid digestion for molecular cloning with rare eight base recognition |
| Principle / Technology | Site specific cleavage at 5 prime CCTGCA^GG 3 prime within 5 to 15 minutes at 37°C |
| Specificity | Unaffected by Dam, Dcm, CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation; isoschizomers SdaI and Sse8387I |
