| Product Name | SacII Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0469 |
| Description | Cutting the CpG rich site 5 prime CCGC^GG 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease supports vector construction and DNA fragment preparation with digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. CpG methylation fully overlapping the site blocks cleavage, an essential consideration for methylated templates. Supplied at 20 U/uL, it runs in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. This unit stores at -20°C and ships with ice packs. |
